One of the most common questions we get asked is “Do you take my insurance?” The short answer is YES, we have experience working with all insurance companies! We’ve created a sheet to help our Aloha patients navigate most effectively through their particular insurance carrier in order to receive optimal benefits and service. Aloha provides a service for our patients whereby we:
- Assist in maximizing your insurance benefits by filing your claim directly with your carrier.
- Can assign benefits payable directly to you, resulting in faster reimbursement.
- Will happily provide a complimentary benefits check prior to your appointment.
For those insured by Delta Dental Premier*, we will provide insurance billing for you. Once payment is received from Delta, you will be responsible for the remaining balance. For all other insured patients, payments are expected at the time services are rendered. However, we’re able to assist you by filing the claim electronically with your insurance carrier and assigning benefits directly to you. Our patients tell us that they receive reimbursement quickly when we handle it this way.
We may contact your insurance company if you request a complimentary benefits check from us. Benefits obtained are subject to change by your employer or group policy. Insurance is a contract between you and your insurance company, so we’re not a party to this contract. We will not become involved in disputes between you and your insurance company.
